Im 16. and i recently had an altercation with my mother. i do not want to live with her. and havent for a while. my parents currently have 50/50 custody. and i want to live with my dad. At my age can i TELL them i want to live with my dad? the highschool in his district is wayy better too.
Can i choose to live with one parent? Would the judge listen?
