can i change the language of an imac ?

ok i am going to get an imac from france and i need to know if leopard has a language choice in the first boot unlike windows which has windows programmed for every country.so will i be able to change the language from french to english from the first boot up or not ?
 
Yes its available in the first boot but can also be accessed afterwards if you got to the Apple Menu then to System Preferences the International then Languages.
