I am a responsible dog owner and hate to see dogs fouling and always speak to their owners yet when a cat fouls in my garden or on my front lawn it appears that the poor cat is fine to do this as no laws exist to prevent it . I have bought a humane cat catcher but need to know if I can legally use it.
