I will be flying from LAX to JFK and I have a suit bag (the free one they gave me at Nordstrom when I bought the suit) and a small backpack, and a small suitcase and I would like all of them to go on as carry ons.
Would that be possible? United Airlines says that a "outer garment" will not count towards 1 bag and 1 personal item limit, would a suit bag definitely count as one of the personal items, meaning I need to check my bag in?
