Can I carry prescribed medications in my pill fob?

I was wondering if anybody knows if it's legal or not to carry prescribed medications in a pill fob I have on my key chain. I just got this thing so I could carry around muscle relaxers I'm prescribed to for back pain and for medication I'm prescribed for bi-polar. Can I carry muscle relaxers and prescribed medications in my pill fob or would I go to jail for possession or something? What about things like lortabs and vicodin? Because honestly the muscle relaxers aren't always enough to help with the pain. They take away the muscle spasms enough to help me sleep at night, but after just a few hours at work the pain gets pretty bad. Very rarely does it become a debilitating pain, but very often my back just starts aching, stinging, and burning all up and down my spine. So I'm going to ask the doctor if he could prescribe me a low dose of a weak opiate of some sort. I know opiates are highly abused substances, but when the pain is so bad I'm taking 5 or 6 200mg advil (fully aware that this can cause intestinal damage, and just not caring because of the pain) at a time and it's not doing anything, I think it's time to find something that works. So basically, if there are any cops, lawyers, doctors, anyone who could clarify what the legality of having pills in a pill fob is, it would be much appreciated.
