My company is acquiring another business. We will have substantial integration costs. I understand equipment we purchase to facilitate the integration is capitalizable. I would like to know if the professional services we engage to merge the exchange servers, networks, etc is capitalizable. Ideally, I would like a list of activities that could be capitalized as part of integrating the company we are acquiring. thanks!
