I signed a year contract to a gym a while back ago and I no longer want to finish the year because I want to lower my monthly expenses. The Contract is strict though, and even if I were to move I still have to pay half the the price every month. They do have more information then my bank account, but if I were to just close the account and stop talking to them, would it work? Or would they take legal action?
Can I cancle my bank acount to avoid my gym contract?
