Hi, So I currently have a sidekick 08, it is my second one, because the first one was faulty, so they sent me a new one. This one is faulty too, I am just fed up with this phone. It looks brand new Obviously they haven't worked the bugs out. And it keeps messing up. It's still under warranty, so do you think my phone company would let me get a different brand or phone for the same price,or a refurbished one since this is the second bad phone i've gotten?
