...know I've switched phones? I want to buy a Samsung Jack or similar smart phone online (and unlocked) and use my current SIM card (with AT&T) in the phone without having to buy their data plan. Will AT&T know I've switched phones. They have said they'll automatically charge me the data plan. Can they really do this if I don't tell them I have a new smart phone??
