okay so i need a new phone and i was wondering if i can buy a totally inactivated iphone 3gs and switch it to another carrier like simple wireless or t-mobile...
plus how much would that phone be without the contract or anything?
OR
should i just buy the iphone that simple wireless is selling even though it is one of the ones that has a silver back cover.
