Can I buy a new phone at full price with us cellular while im still in a contract?

Okay i have some money from my birthday and i want to buy a new phone.Could i do that without getting a new contract?
Like if i have the two year agreement will i have to pay like the original price or will having the 2 yr agreement give me the discount

Yes, you can purchase at full price while still in contract. There are no additional fees to change your phone over and will not start a new contract.
