can I buy a at&t cellphone plan when im 18?

im gonna be 18 on the 28th of this month, and I wanna go get a plan at at&t. im with t-mobile right now, but threw my mom. are contract is up in december with t-mobile but I don't want to wait that long.

I don't care if I have to put money down first for at&t because I don't have ANY credit. I jus don't wanna be with t-mobile because they said without my mom I would have to be on a flexpay plan. um no.

I just want my own cellphone plan.

me AND my mom thinks that would be a good idea. LOL
 
18 and up but good luck with that cuz they look at your credit and cuz you've just turned 18 they'll charge alot for a down payment. i wanted to make my own account with at&t too last month and they wanted me to put $500 down and said i would get it back the end of the year if i don't break my contract. so good luck with that.
