can i buy a 20$ virgin mobile card use it for buying ringtones if im on a plan?

so my mom wont let me buy ringtones, but if i buy a 20$ virgin mobile card is tehre anyway i can use it to buy ringtones so my mom wont see the in the bill?
I need free ringtones and virgin blocked all the ringtone sites so it forces me to buy one from them
