can I build my credit with student loans? Pay it off at once or break up up monthly?

I have a large sum of student loans (no interests for another year) and I have the money to pay it off all at once.

I wonder if I should pay it all off at once or pay it on time monthly to build up a credit for me?

I dont have to pay interests for the loans..and at the same time I do have the money to pay it all off at once.
