Just curious if this is possible. I do need to lose about 20lbs.
But before my kids, i was very muscular. Now i am working out with 15 lb weights but i have not yet cut my fat intake. Which i will soon. Just have to get used to a healthy life after 36 yrs of an unhealthy life that just now caught up to me.
If i steadily lift weights as i used to yrs ago, but do not diet to lose the 20 lbs, what will happen? Will i gain muscle on top of fat, or does the fat turn to muscle?
Thanks!
