Can I break or alter my toyota used car warranty contract early?

I have signed for a used car warranty less than a week ago. Can I break it or alter it? They said it was "Bumper to Bumper" but after reading it, it looks like it will only cover the stuff that does not typically break. It was pretty expensive, almost 2k for only 1 year of b.s. coverage. >_< help!
The car only cost 8k, again...>_< help!
