Ugh, okay, I have been on a diet most of my teenage life and im still the same size I was in year six....I am inn year 10 now, and I am so freaking sick of eating varieties of vegetables a day and minerals and fruit and balanced meals, blah blah blah, Its just not working for me, what if I just don't eat? Or If I get hungry I will have like 1-2 protein shakes a day, how much weight will I loose then??? In how long???
AND DO NOT TELL ME I JUST NEED TO EXCERSISE DAILY AND EAT HEALTHY cause I have been doing that for several years!!!!! Ta
