This may sound silly but I was wondering if you could lose a significant amount of weight by bike riding? (Outside of course) And with an adjustment in what I eat like watching my portions and straying from soda pop, could I lose a lot of weight, before the new school year starts? My school year starts in August. I'm 254 pounds I want to weight about 160, I'm 5'9, 16 years old, Junior going to be a Senior in high school. I want my last years of high school to be a good one and not have to worry about weight and such, so will this work and if you have any other things I could do please tell me, I'm doing this weight loss for me and no one else.
