parents for marijuana? I already talked with a US Army National Guard recruiter and he said that I am qualified to go to OCS school. I have a Bachelors of Applied Science degree and clean record. But one thing I have not mentioned was that I was sent to rehab for Marijuana. I was just caught from my parents with a joint(marijuana cigarette) and they assumed I had a problem, so they forced me to go to rehab. I don't have a problem and never did. I have not smoked marijuana since I went to rehab. Will I still be able to become a Officer? The question that was asked on a questionnaire was , "have you ever been treated for alcoholism or drug abuse?" I never abused marijuana, it was just experimental. Should I mention it? Can it get waived if I did mention it? I also plan on joining the Signal Corps or Military Intelligence, can I still get a security clearance if I come clean and try to get it waived? I want to serve my country, so any answers will be helpful. Thanks
I went to rehab of Nov 06
