have a better life? This person has no special disabilities but lives in a house that wont let her do anything even though she is an adult.
The place she lives in the people there keep her jailed in the house and makes her do everything she cant even go outside.
also she lives in a different country
 
if she is an adult, no, you cannot adopt her...because...well, she is an adult. and her only legal guardian at the moment is herself. so, she could move in with you...but you can't be like, her foster parent or something? ahhahaa.
