Can i be part of a Air-Force or Army JROTC? and West Point, USAFA Question?

I go to a Jesuit College Prep school. I really want to go to one of the service academies after I finish it. I heard that it improves chance of getting in. My school doesn't have JROTC programs but can I do it anyway? My gpa is a 89.5 which is .5 from a 4.0 unweighted due to my schools hard classes. I'm also on the swim team and I volunteer.
How are my standings {still didn't take SAT} for admissions? And can I do JROTC?
