my credit card? I'm from the Philippines and my credit limit was just around 22,000. The last payment that I made was more than a year ago and at that time I still had more than 10,000 pesos worth of unpaid amount. And then just in April of this year I received an email from a law firm which I suppose is connected with the bank threatening to sue me if I fail to settle down my account within 2 days upon receipt of the email. I ignored it and haven't gotten back to them since. I received no further actions except that after about a month they sent me again the same letter which they did in April.
Can I be jailed or sued or something by the bank just because I'm not able to pay
