agreed to in the purchase? We just purchased a new SUV. The dealership had a tricked out display model and we liked the tires and rims. Part of the agreement was that I would purchase the vehicle if they threw in the tires and rims. We asked and were told that they would fit on or vehicle and no modifications would be needed. After the vehicle was purchased and the tires and wheels were installed, we noticed the tires were rubbing before we even made it out of the dealership. The manager resonded by saying we probably shouldn;t take those tires and rims afterall. We were told there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation, even though that was a part of our deal. Can I demand the tires and wheels be replaced with similiar ones of equal value? I'm not asking for anything extra but, we agreed to purchase the vehicle with the add-ons when we were assured they would fit and no mods would be needed. Thanks
