I've attended two semesters (18 credits) at a college and did horrible because I started out not knowing what courses to take and ended screwing up by taking the wrong courses and stuff.
Since my high school grades are way better, I was wondering if I can apply to a university as a freshman and abandon the previous credits I have accomplished.
I'm aware that I can get into trouble if the university found out that I hadn't disclosed the information of my post-secondary education on my application. I'm in Vancouver, BC and there are only two universities in this area. Both universities are competitive in admission and I may not be able to compete with my poor grades during the first couple semesters in college.
If I run out of choices; getting rejected by both as a transfer student, I may have to leave BC and apply for universities elsewhere. It'll really help to know if I can hold back certain information and apply as a freshman to start over again.
