I was playing with this girl and she fell and bumped her head.(A knot at most) She is even saying it was an accident but her mom is a stupid bitch and wanted to sue me for 2gran. My lawyer bailed out and sent a replacement at court and he told me to pay 200 restitution and continued the case for a year and put me on probation for the mean time. I think its bull that I did nothing wrong and had t be punished. So it there anyway to appeal this???
Can I appeal being sentenced to probation?
