I've done about 3 divorces and interested in making a bit of money doing them. can i advertise if i'm not a attorney 2 do uncontested divorces? as long as i tell them i'm not a attorney?
i've decided to edit my question since i started getting smart butt answers. anyways i'm in fact not giving any advise. i'm not interested in divorce for myself and i put in the papers what the person wants nothing more nothing less. just file them out for the person and print. don't have to attack a person for asking a question
ok if a person who wants 2 get divorced comes to me and says i dont know how to do this paperwork can u help me out. that would be consided to be me practicing law?
