I am finally done cycling my tank! So right now I just have 4 Albino Cherry Barbs, 2 White Clouds (yes I know their schooling fish), and four Pristella Tetras. Can I add...
A bubble eye goldfish, or
A black moor, or
A betta, or
Some Silver Dollars, or
A Gourami, or
Guppies, or
Mollies, or
Platies, or
Glofish, or
Glassfish, or
Ghost Shrimp (or those cherry red ones), or
Class Catfish, or
Ember Tetras, or
Bleeding Heart Tetras, or
Neon Tetras, or
Red Eye tetras?

Well, that was basically a list of some fish that Im interested in. Now its YOUR turn! Which of the fish above do you think I should add? If you could, just list them and how many. And dont give me that, "Oh! Your going to overcrowd it. Blah Blah Blah." Because personally, I have seen tanks at my local fish store that was half the size of mine and twice as many fish as I will have and the fish have been fine since I first went there five years ago. So Im not worried about it too much.

The temperature is about mid- 70s to 80 degrees F. It is a 20 gallon as well, and has good filtration. Any answers are appreciated!

Once you complete the necessary schools in your tank you will be fully stocked. Goldfish are not an option as you already have tropical fish, and a 20 gallon should only hold a single fancy goldfish. Consider adding some shrimp or snails.

If you assume that you can do as the pet store does, that makes you an irresponsible fish keeper and an uninformed one. You cannot compare the two systems. Massive overcrowding for you leads to stress, disease, fish death, and keeper frustration. For the pet store fish are sold daily and in most cases replaced weekly.
My pet store has four oscars in roughly a 15 gallon tank, should I do that?

Forget the Betta and Goldfish. Goldfish are not tropical and your water temp would cause them problems. Betta's are aggressive. Careful with the shrimp, many fish will consider them food. Get what you want but some of those species are entirely incompatible. Here's a chart you can follow.

You can add all those fish together. Some just don't go. You need to decide what fish you want as a centrepiece and go from there.

Eg, if you put a betta and a goldfish together the goldfish will kill the betta VERY quick. Not to mention goldfish are cold water and Betta's a tropical. See the problem. I do some quick mixes with CORRECT fish from your list but there just suggestions of the top of my head.

20 gal, too small for goldfish.
Gouramis and Betta's are related don't mix them.
Shrimp get eaten easy.
Goldfish should be illegal
Silver dollars get too big for a 20.
And finally why no bottom feeders?? Eg Cory's, bristlnose catfish etc??

2 dwarf gouramis
4 female platties/mollies/swrds
3-4 Cory's (not on you list i know)

I male betta OR 6 females
6-8 neon tetras
3-4 Cory's again..

Tank full of guppies or mollies ot platties or a mix of all =)
20 max

Tank full of neon's about 25.

I dunno really there not that much to choose from that list. Hope i helped. Don't forget 25% weekly water changes and you need to cycle!!

Best of luck Angel
