can i add a blackberry line to blackberry plan? att?

so my dad has a blackberry plan, a solo one. we want to add me to the plan as well and still use a black berry. is that allowed and if so, do they share the unlimited data and messages like a family plan type of thing or are we going to have to pay an additioinal $90 a month for a second line
