Can I add 1 more fish to my tank or it is too many?

I have a 12g eclipse tank. I currently have 4 harlequin rasboras and 3 platies ( 1 male & 2 females). I found the cutest red tiger platy that I would like to get. I was told that red tiger platies get about 1.5 in full grown. I should be ok adding this fish right? I want to get a female. I know all about the breeding issues. I've had my current platies for months and no fry yet. Please don't suggest adding more rasboras since I did have more at one time and I am not interested in getting more. I also want to add that I am very vigilant on weekly water changes w/ vac and I test my water at least weekly. I don't think I'm overstocked but just wanted some feedback before bringing a new one home. Thanks.

youll be ok. make sure its a female like you said.

however, i know you said dont suggest it.but 4 rasboras is really a low number..you really want 6-8..maybe take them back and get neon tetras or something?
