Can He Kick Me Out by law?

My boyfriend is always threatening to kick me out and i don't have a vehicle or anyplace else to go. I have a good job right now and I am saving up the money to buy a car. I pay half of the rent and all utilities but there is no rent agreement and we get no receipt because the trailor that we are renting is through his mom and step dad. Because I pay half of all the bills is there any way that he can kick me out?

Yes he can. You are not married, and have no contract. The fact that you pay half the bills would be of no defense. Fine you pay half the bills, but the court will say, well you paid while you lived there...obviously...you cannot expect to have lived there for free. So...when he decides that its time for you to take your half and run with it...he can do so...and you have better found another place to live.

You are a tenant at sufferance. He can give you a notice to quit, and start eviction proceedings if you do not leave at the chosen time. He is not supposed to just "kick you out," but as a practical matter, you need a better boyfriend.
