Can having Feminine or girly qualities mean you could be inter-sexed?

Anything is possible, but don't think that just because you're what society views as feminine means you should transition or label yourself as intersexed. You have to decide what label is appropriate for you or to use no label at all. Gender and sexuality are so fluid. It's very possible and perfectly acceptable to be a "feminine" man or a "masculine" woman. Do what feels natural to you. If that means calling yourself intersex, then do it. If that means transitioning, then do it. But, know that there is nothing wrong with being physically male and having female qualities. Be proud of who you are!

NO! Your sexual idenity comes from your psyche not your physical being. I know lots of men who have very feminine characteristics and maybe even feminine builds who are completely comfortable being a man. BTW you do not "turn" transgender, it is something you struggle with your entire life not feeling right in the body you are in and the only way to truly feel right would to live as the sex you associate yourself with.

Not unless you were born intersex. There are a couple dozen intersex conditions. If you suspect that you are intersex ask your parents, they should know if you are or aren't. In the old days such children were often arbitrarily assigned a gender. This involved surgically correcting ambiguous genitalia. But there are also intersex conditions that are invisible to the naked eye. So you'd have to ask your parents or see an endocrinologist who specializes in intersex conditions. Chances are if you were intersex they would have told you by now.

Without more details I can't really say much more.
