Can guys wear nail polish?

Hey so im a 15 year old straight guy, and basically i like to use nail polish. The thing is i want to wear it, but i dont want people to find out. My parents would easily and i really dont want them to know. I told my best friend and she said she thinks its amazzing and awesome i like nail polish, and her telling me that really makes me feel like it is not weird. So is there any way i could wear it with no one finding out? Is it weird that i like nail polish?
 
Maybe it is a litte bit weird I think. But if you like it, why not... Perhaps you can use transparent nail polish if you do not want that your parents find it out.
