Despite the fact that there has been decrease in property value but still we dont see any kindness from our owners in bangalore. I am requesting Gov. to take strong action against those people who increase in rent more than needed. I have seen many flats which had rent 12000/- and now increased to 16000/- in just few months, please tell me what kind of justice is this? So, It is really difficult for those who cannot afford much to pay. Instead of increasing 5% per year they simply do killings by using Real Estate Agents and make us pain...
