Can getting the radio locked in a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire cause it to show higher mileage?

I unplugged my PCM and my radio. Afterwords it showed that I had over 500,000 miles.
 
lol..yeah...the radio has a security system setup on it..sounds like it is malfunctioning..
