I want to become vegetarian so animals don't have to go through the pain of being slaughtered. I heard that fish do not feel pain, but I was not sure if this is true or just a myth.

Dairy cows are forced to get pregnant over and over without any rest.
Animals are stuffed full of hormones and steriods and all kinds of drugs.They are forced to live in tiny little cages and pens which are cleaned out once a month and there are 30 animals crammed in a pen that is ment for 10 animals.
They go through all kinds of torture and cruelty.
Is THAT how a king would live? I dont think a king would live in a concentration camp.

no fish cannot feel pain. they lack the part of the brain that allows an animal to feel pain.
And if it's suffering that make you want to become a vegetarian, I wouldn't sweat it. Animals slated to be slaughtered live their entire lives like kings and only feel pain for a second. if these same animals were in the wild they would be starving and without shelter, suffering a lot more.

well im not a fish so i honestly dont know wether or not they really feel pain but i can only imagine that being pulled out of the water & suffocated would be painfull
and ive seen a fish out of water before flopping around and it sure did looked like it was suffering
