Can excessive talking on the cell phone lead to brain tumors and or degenerating tissue?

I am going to be researching this to compete in the science far and I had a couple of questions. I have been looking all over the internet and can not find a concrete study that I can manipulate to show whether cell phone usage can lead to brain tumors, or dis-functionality in cells in any way. I found brief articles about exposing cell phone radiation to rats, but nothing practical that I could do. How exactly would I expose a subject to radiation? Would I need to leave the phone on normally without being connection to someone else, then leave the phone on for increasing intervals and see if anything has changed by observing with a microscope? I need a procedure for this, I was also wondering if this part was right:

1. What is the problem or purpose to be addressed?
•What is the effect of cell phone radiation on the brain?
•What is the independent variable (the factor being manipulated)? cell phone usage

•What is the dependent variable? (what will be measured)
changes in cells

I am open to any suggestions if anyone can help. Thanks
