Myself and three of my coworkers are 5 percenters (Nation of Gods and Earths) Sometimes on break time, off the clock we sit at a table have discussions that involve our religion. We do this in a normal conversational tone, and all of us are willing participants in the discussions. We were called to HR and told we would have to stop discussing our religion with each other at work because some other employees overheard us and they are offended by our religion. Is this legal? Again, it is break time, off the clock, and we never try to share our beliefs with others who don't want to hear it.
