Can doing stairs and/or bicycle make me lean?

Hello, I'm a small 115lbs male, 27 years old.

I'm just wondering if i can be lean (lose the belly fat and be flat) by simply doing going up and down on stairs on equal of 20 floors with 10lbs of dumbbells on EACH hand (totaling to 20lbs more weight) and on hotter days 40 minutes (6 miles) bicycle. Doing these exercises EVERYDAY, no miss no holidays!

Dont worry about the diet, I already covered it all and I'm taking in 1g of protein per 1lbs of my weight, 2g of carbohydrates per 1lbs of my weight, balance with fiber and polyunsaturated/monounsaturated fats from nuts and tuna and salmon, and totally no trans fat, and very very few saturated fat, prolly around 3g a day.

Are walking up and down the stairs and/or bicycle ENOUGH make me lean?

Absolutely any activity done for an extended length of time over a numbers of days will have you lean in no time but you have to be consistent you can not stop and start. You will not see results and quit.
