can doing more sports remove stretch marks ?

Im only a teenager and i've had stretch marks for quite a long time and i want to know if there anything I can get rid of some of them??
 
Bio Oil or Mederma Scar removal cream both good options. If you read the box it says they are both for scars and stretch marks. They do not removal them, they make them less noticeable. I have used both on scars and stretch marks. I found mine at WalMart.....
 
No there isn't anyway to get rid of them but they will fade over time. Every teenager gets them especially on the chest, hips and stomach (even if you lose weight as you get older). Maybe try coco butter from the body shop to help fade them quicker
 
I take it the stretch marks are from a pregnancy? Once you have them they never go although they may fade over time. If anyone was to find a cure they'd make a fortune.
