Can detox products be detected in a urine drug test?

Need to get clean to pass a urine test. I know they make products that give you a 4-5 hours window of time to be "clean", but even tough it might produce a negative result for the drug, can the testing lab detect that you used a detox product? (the specific one in my case is marijauna/THC)
