can crystal meth cause false pregnancy test?

I know what effects of meth are but I can't find info on this: it can cause irregular menstruation-does that mean it messes with ovulation? Can it cause a false negative on pregnancy tests?
PS I'm not an addict and I'm not pregnant, so pls don't "yell" :) I'm asking for other reasons. Thanks ahead of time.
