I was eating some salmon today when I noticed a small white worm coiled up inside the meat. The salmon was cooked through on a grill but im still really worried. Could the worm hurt me?

The worm is probably from your grill not the meat. Most grocery stores and butchers are really careful about cleanliness of meat. The worm was obviously dead and we actually eat more of that kinda stuff than you would think.

Good lesson though to be careful about raw meat/fish.

You should be fine . The worm was killed along with any harmful bacteria during cooking. Since you cooked it thoroughly, I would'nt worry about it.
