Can black holes travel faster than light speed?

If you think about it, light speed is thought to be impossible because the faster a mass goes the larger it gets, and the more energy it requires to accelerate it the larger it gets.

However, a singularity doesn't attain mass, therefore wouldn't need an infinite amount of energy to accelerate because it is basically a single point and not a mass.

It should be possible to go at least the speed of light since it is mass-less.
