I have to train myself for track, I dont have time for any clubs. I work 56 hours a week, on the other side of town. I am a labourer at a welding shop, which means i do heavylifting on a regular basis. I was thinking of biking to work every morning. I figured that should help with building leg muscles. I NEED your help, my old track coach won't answers any of my messages and I need help! DON'T HESITATE TO ANSWER!

Biking will help your cardiovascular conditioning and is popular as an easy day, or cross training.
It is not going to help you sprint.
Riding to work is certainly an option to replace distance work, some days, but not everyday.
You also did not say how far you will bike each way, each day.
If it is only a mile or two then you are not going to get any benefit.
