I have to train myself for track, I dont have time for any clubs. I work 56 hours a week, on the other side of town. I am a labourer at a welding shop, which means i do heavylifting on a regular basis. I was thinking of biking to work every morning. I figured that should help with building leg muscles. I NEED your help, my old track coach won't answers any of my messages and I need help! DON'T HESITATE TO ANSWER!
