Before I actually get it replaced or anything, the palm rest on my Macbook is obviously dirty. I was able to get it off with water and scrubbing but now it just won't work. What are somethings that will safely get off dirt?
Also, if it does't work at all, would Best Buy replace it? I heard that Apple can replace it for free if you have Apple Care or whatever.
