Can being Vegan give you a False Negative on a Pregnancy Test?

- had spotted bleeding around the time I was supposed to get my period.
- the "period" only lasted for a day
- been having symptoms of pregnancy
- I've taken 3 pregnancy test (spaced out over a couple week time frame) all have came back negative.
- Before missed period to now I've been having weird abdominal sensation
- Didn't use condom, not on birth control, and ovulating
- no rude comments and thanks for the help !!!
