spinning in circles...drifting or speeding?

we did i jus felt dizzy of course and got a headache i also wanted to throw up
the baby is surrounded in fluid which helps to protect it but when your so early into your pregnancy you should be a little careful. But don't worry and don't do it anymore PLEASE!
