...Baseball Mogul)? I remember a long time ago I played this game which I would like to find again. The main menu had a big image(a logo maybe) and to the right of it was the menu options. When you create your team you name each player then you the screen changes to a baseball stadium where your players are practicing (at this time they suck and they commit a lot of errors). You drag them around so they can practice different skills. When you play games there are "live", so you watch the game as it progresses. I think it might have been online multiplayer but maybe not.
