can anyone tell me why i am feeling sick?

ok
i suddenly felt ill after drinking a bottle water
my fiance had the same water and is not sick

but anyways i had a bottle water this morning
from the same batch
did not get sick

i did not eat breakfast or lunch or dinner and no snacks either
no food today

i had a frappe this afternoon

and now just tried to drink a bottle water
and i got ill
and threw it up

can any1 tell me why
